During my first year as a fresher in my HND program, I interned at CrossFit La-Croix-Valmer. My primary role was to manage and enhance their social media presence, particularly on Instagram. Through content creation, video production, event organisation, and community management, I helped establish a strong social media presence that contributed to their growth as a leading CrossFit gym in their area.
Objectives
- Primary Goal: Establish and manage CrossFit La-Croix-Valmer’s social media presence to attract new members and promote the gym.
- Secondary Objectives: Create engaging content, organise events, and build a supportive online community.
Approach
- Social Media Management: Created and managed the gym's Instagram account, developing a strategy to regularly post engaging content.
- Content Creation: Produced high-quality videos and photos showcasing gym activities, member achievements, and events.
- Event Organisation: Coordinated and promoted events, increasing attendance and engagement.
- Community Management: Interacted with followers, responded to comments, and built a strong online community.
Execution
